Today’s Reading: Isaiah 57:3-21; 58:1-14; 59:1-21

This was a long day for me, but God made it great by allowing me to share his Word with three people during my day.

Then, I looked at our reading today…. Oh boy…

“There is no peace,” says my God, “for the wicked”. Hmmm… Can I put it as “There is peace for the righteous”! Hold… That’s what God told me yesterday – He made a covenant of peace with us!

Again, he made another covenant in today’s reading:

“As for me, this is my covenant with them” says the Lord. “My Spirit, who is on you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouths of your children, or from the mouths of their descendants from this time on and forever” says the Lord.”

Wow!

Need I say more? Do you have a chance to read your bible today? Take 5 min (or 15 min for me at least – can’t understand Isaiah fast unfortunately) now and “put his words” in your mouth to keep His Spirit residing in YOU!
