Today’s Reading: Haggai 1-2; Zechariah 1:1-6

You expected see much, but see, it turned out to be little. What you brought home, I blew away. Why? … Because of my house, which remains a ruin, while each of you is busy with his house.

Ouch! Are you busy with your own affairs, children, job, friends, “things-I-must-do” right now? Is it what God asks you to do? Is it God’s business? Or even worse, are you trying to justify that your doing is for God, when it is not?

Let’s review how we spend our time and how much time we allocate to God – does he have the biggest portion?
