The Bible, especially the Psalms, has many accounts of people crying out to God in their distress and receiving no reply. So what did they do when God seemed distant, uninterested in their plight? And why was God ignoring them to begin with? Didn’t He care? It seems this is a situation encountered by most believers at some point in their walk of faith, in every age since ancient times, and the question is just as relevant today: Where is God when I need Him most?
