The Gospel of Luke records a series of parables, or stories, Jesus told about wealth, what we do with it and how it shapes us. In our affluent society and in our abundance we often hold tightly to our possessions and money. Not surprisingly, Jesus wants to change our perspective on what is truly valuable, and what sound financial planning looks like for a child of God.
