The scene of Mary Magdalene at the tomb on Resurrection Sunday is full of little personal details. For Jesus, his resurrection wasn’t just a theological event to change the whole world for all time. It was also an intensely personal and local experience. And the first person to experience the wonder of it all was Mary.
