We see in the New Testament that individual local churches got established in each community, with a plurality of leaders, starting with elders who are appointed from their group to oversee the spiritual life and well-being of that flock of Christ’s sheep. Other leaders, such as deacons, assist with the stewardship of resources and programs so that needs are met well and plans are effective. How does all this play out at ESCF?
