Today’s Reading: 1 Kings 17-19

“I’m the only one left, Lord!” Ever said that before? Elijah the Prophet did, and I know I have. As Christians it’s so easy to give up and say this when we’re struggling in an environment in which we feel we are the only Christians or the only ones that care to grow in Christ. The truth is, however, that we are not alone! I used to think this way about my job, but I’ve found others who are just as serious about Jesus as I am (if not more so!). So let’s keep on living for the Lord with courage and joy because there are others who share in this with us!
