Judas Iscariot is infamous for betraying Jesus. He’s even introduced as “the betrayer” in all four Gospels. But why did he end up that way, despite being part of Jesus’ inner circle for his entire ministry? And what lessons (and warnings) can we learn from his life? For one, he demonstrated that it’s possible to be an active participant in church life and ministry without actually having a changed life. And all the while his fellow disciples never realized anything was amiss.
